All Members (Free and Paying Members) of Easy Traffic Exposure (EasyTE.com) must agree to the following Terms and Conditions of Agreement. The Owners and Administrators of this Exchange are EasyTE.com and the Members are those who agree to the Terms and Conditions of Service and join this Exchange. The Associates are those who monitor/manage/power this Exchange via the Traffic Exchange Script, Server and Online Business Services.

Importantly, websites viewed on this Exchange belong to Members and the Owners or Administrators of this Exchange do not endorse the accuracy (or otherwise) of any statement or claims on the websites shown at this Exchange at anytime. A Member email address used and submitted here for communication from the Administrators/Owners is to remain updated. Emails from the Administrators and Owners are important to read.

This Agreement will be modified from time to time, generally with due notice, but sometimes without notice, to all relevant parties. We always reserve the right to refuse membership or cancel membership if a member is found abusing the terms. Upon termination, that member will lose all traffic credits and money paid, if applicable.

The Agreement is offered to and is to be accepted by prospective legal adult members 18 years and older, and is not offered to children or minors in any country, worldwide. All members must submit their communication in an agreed and mutually acceptable language. We do not allow the following page contents that are: racist, pornographic, illegal, promote gambling, prostitution, liberal lifestyles, abuse of women/men/children or minors and all other materials we found inappropriate - base on the Exchange Owner/Administrators discretion. But we cannot guarantee that member sites may not contain such material. We will delete such sites and members accounts upon discovery of this breach of Agreement, such as when a Member submit s an online Abuse Report, while surfing the Exchange, to let us know of breaches of this Agreement.

A Member may always cancel his/her Membership Account by contacting us or by clicking the "Delete Account" link at the member area. If a member decides to cancel his/her membership and later re-joins the exchange, he/she will be assigned a new account, and will not receive further credits for referrals made using the previous account. Targeted sites: Only one single targeted website allowed to be shown in the surf-frame area at a time, while surfing. Multiple accounts are not allowed: One account per person is allowed. Surfing multiple windows or multiple user accounts is not allowed.

We do not allowsite rotators, URL forwarding, framing, alert message boxes, fly-in ads, pop-in ads, pages breaking out of the frame, code encryption, pornography, surf links originating from other traffic exchanges, unwanted software downloads or any other behavior or contents found inappropriate annoying or interrupting the surf frame rotation, and our members enjoyment from surfing. We do not allow pop-ups, pop-behinds and pop-under sites. Members are advised not to hide URLs by the use of minimized I-frames or other frames that will disrupt the Exchange and Script. It is recommended that our members test their pages before submitting them for approval.

Essentially, a member account will be terminated immediately and without notification, for example, when the user/member deliberately tries to harm EasyTE.com or the hardware and software equipments or tools of the our Associates who power/manage this Exchange.

What is this website about? This is a professional free to join auto surf traffic exchange to advertise and promote all acceptable websites. Fellow Members sites (or other admin approved websites) will be viewed by members to receive credits and viewing of their sites in return. This is the exchange of traffic.

How does a person join? You need to sign-up by completing the form, agree to the TERMS, activate your account from the email you will receive, log in and start surfing.

What are the Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions of this Exchange? See the TERMS section or page at this Exchange for the above detailed information.

How do members earn credits to expose or advertise their websites? A member will need to log at the Members Area, click on the surf link to start earning credits. Those credits can then be assigned to their websites and banners as they desire.

Are there any Special Information and RULES? All members MUST abide by the Rules and TERMS at this Exchange. If they do not, their Accounts and advertising credits earned will be forfeited. Their accounts will be deleted. ALL MEMBERS MUST REMEMBER: You will NOT see your own websites that have been approved to be shown, while you are surfing at the auto surf area. This Exchange Surf Script is not designed for that...and it will only be a waste of time to show you your sites that you are already aware of. So, you will only see other Members sites and they will see yours. Please check your websites statistics for clarifications. When verifying your sites before approval, you will see it in the surf bar. Please remember the important point above when you are surfing.

At the Surf Area what information will be there to know and understand about how to use the Exchange? There will be: 1. Open Account: to go back to your personal member area or section. 2. Open Site: to view the current website currently seen at the surf area (while surfing) in a new window. 3. Report Site: to send an Abuse Report to the website owners and administrators, about the site currently seen at the surf area. This will be for websites that break the Exchange Rules or Terms and Conditions, by having pop-ups, showing inappropriate contents, and so on. 4. Surf Timer: to see the current seconds it takes to view one website before another is shown at the surf area. 5. Credits Earned: the amount of credits currently received while you are surfing. 6. User Number: the Member Surfing ID Number as assigned. 7. Other Buttons: to temporarily pause/stop the Surfing, etc. 8. Banners Advertised (if need be) - the current banner showing at the surf area, clicking on this will open the site.

When I am Surfing, how much credit will I earn to my Account? Free Members will normally receive 0.50 credit for each site they view for 10 - 15 seconds. Paying and Professional Members will receive 1.00 or 1.20 credits for each site they view for 10 - 15 seconds while surfing. While surfing, you will see the amount of credits you have earned for the day. Free Members are usually allowed to add 5 websites and banners. Paying Members are allowed to have from 10 - 15 websites and banners.

What will be the likely costs of credits to purchase and monthly subscriptions? This is subject to change, if need be. Please see the Information at the Members Area when logged in. The CREDIT Purchase Method will be by PayPal or Alert Pay Secure Online Services.

Will Members receive BONUS or EXTRA Credits and on what available terms? Each New Member will receive Bonus Credits just for joining this Exchange. PLEASE NOTE: Each New Member will have to surf the stated amount of websites, before they receive the Bonus Credits, as seen when they are logged into the Members Area. All our members (free and paying) are eligible to earn FREE EXTRA credits. They can do so by clicking on the extra credits bonus link while surfing, referring New Members to the Exchange and reporting members who ABUSE or break the rules by sending Abuse Reports.

How do I refer others to join and what are the Benefits? Log in to your User Area and click referral link and banners to get your banners and referral URL to promote this site. The amount of Credits earned for referring will be seen in your Account.

Can I promote my membership referral URL at this same exchange? No. You cannot submit your referral URL for promoting at this Exchange - People who are surfing this exchange are already members and do not need to see your membership referral URL.

What is your REFUND procedure or Policy? This exchange owner will refund money paid in error or by mistake via the same means it was received or by appropriate secure methods, in full or less the costs charged by the online processing company, such as PayPal.com secure website services. But no refund or payments will be made to any member who breaks the rules (such as, when he/she submitted websites/banners/links that are not acceptable, according to the Exchange agreed terms and policy conditions) if that person is a paying subscription member or purchased credits for personal use, among other reasons.

Can I just join and surf? Yes. But we encourage all our members to submit at least one site for viewing to other members so they remain an active member and be eligible with active URL in rotation at all times.

Generally, what sites are allowed and NOT allowed at this exchange? This Exchange will generally accept family and business friendly sites for a general audience. PLEASE SEE the TERMS and Conditions of Use/Service page for details of what are acceptable and not acceptable at this Exchange.

If I surfed all day and night, but my account credit is still at zero, what does this mean? Your credits earned from surfing are automatically assigned to your sites.

ALL MEMBERS NOTE: Concerning the above question, any member who accumulates credits unfairly from unauthorized surfing, will have his/her account deleted and will lose all credits and payments made.
